AVS’s employees must act honestly, ethically and fairly when dealing with customers, suppliers and competitors. Advertising and promotional activities must not be misleading to patients or healthcare professionals; they should clearly inform healthcare professionals about the benefits and risks of the Company’s products.

AVS strives to maintain a safe, healthful and productive workplace and to protect the environment in which we work and live. The Company complies with all applicable laws governing employee health and workplace safety, and has established an Injury and Illness Prevention Program (IIPP). Further, the Company continually seeks to improve its environmental objectives and seeks to minimize its use of water and energy resources through energy-efficient equipment, “green” purchasing and recycling.
